Q:
How do I get my logo to you?
A: Simply email
your logo to:
customerservice@bragardmedical.com along with
your online order number and we will process your
request immediately.
Q. What am I
paying for?
A. There is a
standard one-time setup fee for new customers requesting
logo/image embroidery on their uniforms. The logos
you send us must be digitized and prepared for stitching.
We will contact you with a price quote for embroidery
before we place your order. Remember, this is not
for monogramming, this is for a logo/image you would
like placed on your apparel. The price for monogramming
is standard and is processed during your checkout
if you request it.
Q. How much is the fee for logo embroidery?
A.
Depending on the size and intricacy of your logo
design, this one time setup fee could range from
$90 to $250.00.
Q. Why are some
logos more expensive than others?
A.
The one time digitizing and preparation of most
logos will be in the $90 dollar range. It is rare
for a logo to cost much more than that. For example,
if you request a logo on the sleeve or front pocket
of a coat, the cost will be minimal. If you request
a very large logo to be displayed on the back of
your coat, the cost can be higher.
Q.
Do I have to pay this fee every time I order?
A.
No, once we have your digitized logo on file, the
cost for future embroidery will only be between
$16.00 and $60.00. Again, this depends on the size
and complexity of the design. Most logos will cost
between $16.00 and $20.00.
